Most of industry and logistic provider in Indonesia, have been implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to increase selling distribution, and Zero Inventory Management (ZIP/ ZIM) system to lower warehousing cost, started from warehouse rent, employee, electricity, depreciation of quality during storage, and other costs.

We already have Standard Operating Procedure, except for some force majeure cases which are outside our capabilities.

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
A. Vehicle and Driver
  1. Truck or Container tah will be used is on good condition, inspected by our technician
  2. Driver equipped with ID Card, registered and wearing neat clothes.
  3. Every truck is overcame with 2 personnel, driver and co-driver
     
B. Loading Procedure
  1. On Time Schedule 1 x 24 hours.
Standby 2 x 24 Jam.
Loading operation held every working days, except on peak season can be held on holiday.
  2. Every cargo are insured by client.
  3. Truck which is sent to loading place as client instructed is overcame with office clerk on duty:
    a. Report to officer in loading place that truck is ready
    b. Count and documenting amount and conditon of good loaded, also making and sign client's documents
  4.

Recording amount and condition of goods loaded only when goods are uploaded on truck or container.

  5. Loading official report form contains:
    a. Client information
    b. Truck/container information
    c. Name, specification, amount and condition of goods loaded
    d. Office clerk sign, driver, loading officer and warehouse officer
       
C. Downloading Procedure
  1. 24 hour before downloading, we will inform the acceptor to prepare everything needed.
  2. Every downloading we will send office clerk or driver in charge:
    a. Reporting to officer in download place that the truck is ready
    b. Count and documenting amount and condition of goods being dowloaded, also making and signing documents needed
  3. Counting amount and condition of good dowloaded only before goods carried to warehouse
  4. Downloading official report form contains:
    a. Client information
    b. Truck/container information
    c. Name, specification, amount and condition of goods downloaded
    d. Office clerk sign, driver, downloading officer and warehouse officer
  5. Damage happened when goods being transferred from truck to warehouse are not our responsibility
  6. Shipping documents should be returned to sender in 5-7 days after goods downloaded in destination

CLAIM PROCEDURE
To avoid unwanted things that can be harmed for both sides, it is necessary to arrange agreement between Betsindo Trans, client, and insurance company, in order to decide theClaim Procedure.

ON THE WAY & TRUCKING CONTAINER PROCEDURE
1. Every truck driver should report on determined Pit Stops along the way.
2. The last location of truck can be traced everyday at 10 am and 3 pm, by contacting central office of Betsindo Trans
3. Should any obstacles happened during transportation, we will inform to client such as:
  a. Truck data, driver, dan replacement.
  b. Document number client version.
  c. Location.
  d. Replacement cause.
